Hayley Cagle
Some of her more notable roles would be Annabeth Chase from "Percy Jackson and the Lightning Theif", Urchin from "Little Shop of Horrors," and Sandra from "The One Act Play That Goes Wrong." She has dreamed about being in a role that focuses on female accomplishments and empowerment, and she's very honored to be a part of this production. She would like to thank her friends who kept her stressful mind sane.

This is Carter’s 4th year with PHS theatre, previous credits including Percy Jackson in The Lightning Thief, Jesse Tuck in Tuck Everlasting, Peter Pan in Lost Girl, and Dracula in Almost the Bride of Dracula. Carter is excited to see his friends and family and hopes you enjoy the show.

Michael has been doing theater for about a year and a half now, and he claims that he has "never hung out with greater people!" Last year he portrayed Angus Tuck in "Tuck Everlasting" and Dionysus/Hades in "Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief." He enjoys spending time with my friends and family, whilst also working out from time to time to better himself. But this year he's playing Lord Lovelace and he can't wait for you to see his performance!

Farah Jones
"Ada and the Engine" is Farah's 5th show with PHS Theatre, 3rd competition one-act, and her 9th show overall. Most recently, she was ensemble in Tuck Everlasting and Belle in Game of Tiaras. She currently serves as Troupe 5736's Historian and she is a candidate for Georgia Thespian's state office. Outside of theatre, Farah serves as the FBLA Secretary, SGA Class Treasurer, and as the Varsity Esports Captain. Additionally, she is a member of the Pickens Youth Leadership program and Beta Club. She wants to thank her family and friends for supporting her in (yet another) production at PHS.

Sydney is best known for her main role in the competition show, Tuck Everlasting. She has been costume manager for The Lightning Thief and is currently costume manager for this
show. She is very excited to be going to the competition again and hopes we win.

Kyle Whiddon
While no stranger to the stage, this is Kyle’s first time in our competition one act. A senior at PHS, Kyle has previously competed in solo dramatic monologue at literary meet. Kyle hopes that you enjoy the show!

Ava is a freshman at PHS and has been dancing since she was four and acting since she was nine. Previously, she appeared in the spring play at PJHS and vouches that the stage has always been her happy place. She feels at home in the theatre and feels happy to be a part of the PHS drama family.

Miah Norton
This is Miah’s 2nd show at PHS. Her first role with PHS Theatre was as a featured dancer in Percy Jackson. Miah’s been dancing since she could walk and is proud to share this skill with the theater. Miah would like to thank her grandparents and her parents for being so supportive of her.

Kaylee Clark
This is Kaylee’s second show with PHS, despite being a Freshman. Kaylee played the role of Young Amelie a few years back and is very excited to return to the high school stage. Kaylee has been in theatre many years, including roles as Mary Poppins and Queen Pandora at PJHS. She is looking forward to many years of Drama to come.

This is Mia’s second show at PHS, and her first competition show. Outside of this production, she serves as the social chair for Troupe 5736. She’s excited to be getting tech experience, and happy to be in theatre. She’d like to thank her friends both in and out of theatre, her family, and Mrs. Harbin for helping get her where she is today.

This is Brandon's second show at PHS, his first being Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief where he played Poseidon. He is excited to be taking part in another production at PHS and hopes you enjoy the show.

Sarah Harbin
Sarah Harbin is a veteran Drama and Chorus teacher who aims to bring the magic of the theatre and the arts to the next generation and is in her fifth year in Dragon Nation. Mrs. Harbin hails originally from Jonesboro, Georgia, where she graduated from Mount Zion High School with honors in 2001. While at MZHS, Mrs. Harbin was active in the band, chorus and Thespian Troupe, where she was a part of over 20 plays and musicals. Mrs. Harbin went on to get her undergrad from The University of Georgia where she majored in Music Education with a concentration in voice. She hopes that you enjoy the show and hopes that you leave feeling empowered. She challenges you all to be an Ada, to question the status quo, to be fearless, passionate and daring, and maybe, to not be afraid to love.

Ross Galbreath
Ross Galbreath is the owner of FX Hair Design and Color Studio, as well as the Artistic Director of FX Theatrical Productions based in Jasper, Ga. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Stage Management and Technical Theatre. His career includes working professionally with the Walt Disney Company for more than 27 years, working on numerous productions, events, parades and managing daily entertainment operations. His current role is Disney Parks-Live Entertainment working in Creative Cosmetology, building and designing wigs and performer/Character looks for Disney on Ice, Disney Live, Disney Cruise Line Productions, Disney Parks Worldwide, and countless In-Park special events. Ross has been working with the Pickens High School theatre department providing wigs, costumes, technical effects, set construction, technical advice and lighting concepts for shows since 2007. He would like to thank Crissy and Sarah for their countless hours of help and collaboration on the set. Looking forward to many more adventures.

This is Vanessa’s 4th show stage managing and her 6th show she has participated in. Some of her most recent roles have been the toad in Tuck Everlasting, Mrs. Potts, a guard in Game of Tiaras, and a few others. She enjoys watching the shows come together. She is proud of everyone in the show and hopes everyone watching enjoys it. Hazzah!

Lex is a senior at PHS and this is her 7th show with the department. She is very excited about this show and getting the opportunity to focus on the technical side of the stage. She would like to thank Carter and Emma for all that they have done for her over the years, but specifically during this show.

This is Regan’s third year in the PHS theatre department, having previously worked in the booth on sound. Regan is a proud member of the Pride of Pickens Marching Band and would like to thank their friends and family for their support.

This is Zoe's 3rd year doing theatre and 7th show at PHS. She has a long history of doing lights for shows such as Tuck Everlasting, Almost the Bride of Dracula, and more. Nex Schrank is a freshman, doing their first production for PHS! They have done theater in the past, such as: "The Princess and the Pea," at PJHS, "Oliver," and "The Addams Family," for the British Academy of Performing Arts. They're so excited to be a part of more productions!

Makenzi is a freshman at PHS. This is their 8th performance overall and their first performance with PHS Theatre. My previous roles include PJHS's 2023 production of "The Princess and the Pea" as Pozzloni (The Pizza Princess). Within the next 4 years, they are looking forward to contributing to the department's future productions.

Jasmine is a freshman at PHS. This is their first performance within the Pickens High School Theatre Department. Their first role was in 8th grade at PJHS, called "The Princess and the Pea" Pzopapolenka (The Jibberish Princess). They hope they're able to perform or attend future productions in the next few years.
